🎯 Event Lead Capture

Scan a QR at your booth.
Walk away with the lead.

Every booth gets its own QR. Visitors fill in the details on their own phone — nothing to install, for them or for you. Qualify, score and tag on the spot, then export a clean list your CRM will actually accept.

  • No app download — for you or the visitor
  • A separate QR per booth, so you know where each lead came from
  • Qualifier questions, star ratings and hot/warm/cold tagging
  • CSV export that maps straight into your CRM

What a visitor sees after scanning your booth QR.

Everything a booth actually needs

Built from how exhibitors really work a stand — not a generic form bolted onto an event.

A QR per booth

Run several stands or stations at one event and still know exactly which one produced each lead.

Kiosk mode for staff

Working a queue? Hold a half-finished lead, take the next person, then recall it — without losing either.

Qualify on the spot

Dropdowns, multi-select, star ratings and 0-10 scales. Weight the answers and every lead scores itself.

Scan a business card

Point the camera at a card and the name, email, phone, company and title fill themselves in.

Check-in and badges

Import your attendee list and print name badges on Avery or Dymo sheets, each with its own check-in QR.

Export to any CRM

One CSV, clean columns, no cleanup pass. Or push leads onward automatically with a webhook.

Three steps, done before the doors open

Set up in minutes — no hardware to rent and no scanner to charge overnight.

01

Create the event and its booths

Add your event, then a booth for each stand. Every booth gets its own QR code straight away.

02

Choose what you ask

Start with name, email, phone, company and title — then add your own qualifier questions.

03

Print it and work the floor

Put the QR on your stand. Visitors scan and fill it in themselves; leads appear in your inbox live.

Pricing

Questions exhibitors ask

Does anyone need to install an app?

No — and that is the point. Visitors scan your booth QR and fill the form in their phone browser. Your staff work from a normal web page too, so there is no app to install, license or update on either side.

Do I have to rent a badge scanner?

No. Most events rent you a scanner that only works with that show badges, then charge again for the lead list. A QR code on your stand works at any event, and the leads are yours from the moment they are captured.

Will the leads import into my CRM?

Yes. Export a CSV with clean, predictable columns — name, email, phone, company, title, plus a column per question you asked. It imports into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet without a cleanup pass. Webhooks can push each lead onward the moment it is captured.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi is terrible?

Visitors submit over their own mobile data, so you are not dependent on the hall network the way a shared scanner is. Each booth QR is a plain web link — nothing to pair or sync.

Your next event starts in about five minutes

Create the event, add a booth, print the QR. That is genuinely the whole setup — and the free plan is enough to run a small stand end to end.
